Designed specifically for PET bottle production lines, it is suitable for large-scale production of liquid products such as beverages and water. 1.High output: Single-cavity production capacity is no less than 2,400 BPH, and 10-cavity rotary blow molding machine production capacity can reach 24,000 BPH (500 ml bottles). Servo synchronous control technology ensures seamless connection between units, greatly improving the efficiency of the entire line and saving floor space.

Energy saving: The use of a 6-core, 6-process high-pressure control valve and an innovative gas circuit recovery system that uses waste gas pressure for pre-blowing reduces gas consumption by 30%-40%. The infrared heating furnace is paired with ceramic plate energy storage technology, reducing energy consumption by 10%-20%. The water cooling system optimizes heat management for further energy savings.
3. High precision and stability: Servo controllers are used to ensure the positioning and displacement accuracy of the stretching rod. Imported magnesium-aluminum molds are precision-machined on multiple axes, resulting in lightweight and high-precision components. Reverse buffer locking technology reduces impact noise by 40% and ensures smoother operation. Siemens PLC and Danfoss variable frequency drives achieve millisecond-level response, ensuring process stability. The controllability of servo control enables synchronized coordination between the movement of the stretching rod and high-pressure blowing during bottle blowing, allowing for the establishment of blowing molding parameters for bottles of different weights and materials, resulting in superior bottle formation.
4. Intelligent and flexible: The 10-inch touchscreen human-machine interface supports multi-language operation and real-time monitoring of more than 20 sensor parameters. The modular design supports quick bottle type switching (mold replacement can be completed in half an hour) and is compatible with various specifications ranging from 0.25 to 2 liters.
5. Hygiene: All stainless steel contact parts (SUS304), ion air dust removal, and CIP cleaning system meet hygiene requirements; robotic arm picks up and delivers bottles without contact, avoiding secondary contamination.
In addition to rotary blow-fill-cap machines, Faygo Union also offers linear blow-fill-cap machines with a production capacity ranging from 8,000 to 16,000 BPH.
The linear blow-fill-seal machine has the notable feature of a small footprint, saving space compared to traditional air conveyor connections or bottle sorting machine connections, and reducing secondary contamination.
